We have a lemon tree in our backyard – if you’ve never seen immature ones – here they are! They take almost a year to mature – the blossoms grew in the winter (Jan/Feb) and the fruit won’t be ready until November! Looking forward to lots of lemonade

I wish we had a lemon tree! Yum
Sometimes it’s good just to be a friend of someone with a lemon tree – all the lemons you want, and none of the work! We’ll be giving out lemons like crazy come winter.

Wow, my mother in law has lemon trees but I’ve never paid that much attention. Which is sad if you think about it, we never slow down for even the most simple of pleasures.

So cool! I want a lemon tree!
Those look great! My lemon tree is being destroyed by ants so I need to figure out how to fix that!
Oh no! We have ants but they’re thankfully leaving the lemon tree alone – have you tried cinnamon? it’s supposed to be a natural ant repellant.

Anne, for some reason this is making me laugh so hard. These trees are pretty mature – been here for years, I imagine. We also have an orange tree.
